36):Tasirin Yare Cikin Koyo Da Koyarwar Hausawa.

A ɗaya daga cikin ranakun juma'ar shekarar 2021 ne ni da aminina kuma abokin karatuna, Mallam Ibraheem Khaleel Yalwa, muka kaiwa malaminmu, Dr. Aliyu Ɗahiru Muhammad PhD, mai gogewa ta musamman a fagen "Islamic Finance" da "Islamic Economics" ziyara a ofishinsa dake jami'ar Bayero. Dalilin kai ziyarar dai ya karkata ga neman shawarwarine akan hanyar da ɗalibin da ya gama jami'a bayan samun horo a kimiyyar tsimi, tattali da tanadi ya kamata ya hau kai. Wanda kuma duk wanda ya san Dr. Aliyu ya sanshi da jajircewa wurin ɗora matasa akan hanyar da zata amfane su. Koda basu je sun same shi ba kuwa shi da kansa zai bibiyesu saboda yadda yake tsananin kishinsu.
Bayan Mallam ya gama bamu shawarwari sai na karɓi fagen, saboda dama akwai wata tambaya da na jima ina so nayi masa amma ban samu damar yi ba sai a lokacin, tambaya me alaƙa da irin ayyukan da masana harkar "Islamic Banking and Finance" irinsa suka daɗe suna ƙaddamarwa a ƙasashe daban-daban anan nahiyar Afirka ta yamma. Kuma amsar da ya bani bayan yi masa wannan tambaya itace ta assasa rubuta wannan sharhi.
Na cewa Mallam: "AkramakALLAH, kwanakin bayan naga ka wallafa a shafinka na Facebook cewar da kai da sauran masana kunje can ƙasar Ghana kun baiwa ɗalibai horo na musamman akan wannan maudu'i. Bayan watanni a tsakani kuma sai na ƙara gani ka wallafa cewar da kai da tawagar masana kunje can ƙasar Niger Republic kun baiwa ɗalibai makamancin wancan horo".
Sai Mallam yace: "Wannan haka yake".
Sai na cewa Mallam: "Tambayata anan shine, na san cewa ƙasar Ghana suna amfani da yaren Ingilishi a matsayin yaren koyo da koyarwa, shi yasa banyi mamaki ba yadda masana ƴan Nijeriya suka je suka bawa ɗalibansu horo, saboda muma Nijeriya Ingilishine yarenmu na koyo na koyarwa. Amma kuma ƙasar Niger Republic ƙasa ce da ake amfani da Faransanci a matsayin yaren koyo da koyarwa. Cewar kun bawa ɗalibansu horo ya ɗaure mini kai. Shin ta yaya ƴan Nijeriya masu magana da Ingilishi suka horar da ƴan Niger masu jin Faransanci? Shin dama ƴan Niger suna iya koyo da Ingilishi ne ko kuwa dai ku Malamanmu kuna iya koyarwa da Faransanci?"
Sai Mallam yayi murmushi, ga dukkan alamu dai na na taɓo masa inda yake masa ƙaiƙayi. Kuma cike da fara'a ya fayyace mana al'amarin kamar haka:
Lokacinda suka je ƙasar Ghana, horon da suka je bayarwa ya gudana cikin sauƙi kuma an cimma nasara. Amma kuma da aka je Niger aka ga horon bazai yiwuwu ba sakamakon bambancin yare, sai kawai dabara tazo musu inda suka duba cewar ƴan ƙasar Niger Republic basa jin Ingilishi amma kuma ko Bakano bai fisu jin Hausa ba. Kuma gashi suma masu bada horon ƴan Arewacin Nijeriyane; daga Bakano sai Bakatsine sai Basakkwace dss. Sai aka ga ai faɗuwa tazo dai-dai da zama, wannan horo sai a aiwatar dashi da Hausa kawai. Kuma hakan akayi!
Masana tattali suka fassare abinda suka je koyarwa kuma suka koyar dashi da yaren Hausa. Su kuma ɗalibai suka koyi darasi da yarensu kamar wasan yara. Cikin lumana sai gashi an gama horo. A cewar Mallam, duk da cewa an samu nasara a ƙasar Ghana sakamakon haɗakar koyo da koyarwa akan yaren Ingilishi, nasarar da aka samu a Niger Republic sakamakon haɗaka a yaren Hausa ta ninkata sau da yawa.
Tsarin koyarwar sai ya zama malaman suna koyar da abinda suka sani a yaren da suka fi sani da iyawa. Suma kuma ɗalibai sai ya zamo suna koyon abinda basu sani ba a yaren da suka fi sani. Ko kuma dai malamai suna koyar da abinda suka sani da yarensu na farko (Hausa) ba na biyu ba (Ingilishi). Su kuma ɗalibai ya zamo suna koyon abinda basu sani ba a yarensu na farko (Hausa) maimakon yarensu na biyu ( Faransanci).
Hakan kuma sai ya bayar da wani salo da shauƙi wanda daga ɗaliban har malaman basu taɓa jin kamar sa ba, kuma zasu jima basu manta dashi ba. Yadda abin yake shine yawancin Malaman basu taɓa bayar da wancan horo da Hausa ba, don haka yanzu sai suka ga gwanancewarsu kamar ƙaruwa tayi ma. Su kuma ɗalibai ba'a taɓa horar dasu da Hausa ba, sai suka ga abin sauƙinsa kamar ba wancan darasi mai matuƙar wahala ba. A ƙarshe dai aka rabu cike farin cikin wannan gagarumar nasara. Ƴan jamhuriyar Nijar na mararin ƴan uwansu Hausawa masu horo daga Nijeriya, suma ƴan Nijeriya na mararin ƴan uwansu Hausawa masu karɓar horo daga jamhuriyar Nijar. Da ace arewacin Nijeriya da Nijar aka haɗe shi maimakon kudanci, koda an kallafawa ƙasar Hausa yaren Bature to lardin zai samu ikon koyo da koyarwa a yaren da kowa zai gane. Sai dai kash, Birtaniyawa da Faransawa sun jiƙa aiki tun a birnin Berlin.

Musabbabin waccan nasara na ɗaya daga cikin abinda yake ciwa jama'armu ta Hausawa tuwo a ƙwarya. Wato lamarine da ya zamo ana koyar damu darussan da bamu sani ba (misali Engineering, Medicine, Law, Computer Science, Economics, Literature, Pharmacy) da yaren da bamu sani ba (English Language). A taƙaice sai ya kasance muna yaƙi da rashin sani guda biyu; rashin sanin darussa da rashin sanin yaren da ake koyar dasu. Maimakon Turawa, Sinawa, Indiyawa da Larabawa wanda idan sunje makaranta suna yaƙi da rashin sani guda ɗayane kawai; rashin sanin darussa, tunda su ana koyar dasu da yarensu na gado ne.
Hakan sai ya sanya ga masu nacin neman ilimin a cikinmu, koyo yafi yi mana wahala fiye da mutanen Turawa da Asiyawa da ake so mu kwaikwaya wajen naƙalto kimiyya da fasaha. Ta hakan kuma sai kasawarmu ta zamo ana yi mana kallon kamar bamu kaisu basira bane!
Ga marasa nacin cikinmu kuma, sai koyo ya zamo mai wahalar da takai har sun gaji sun watsar tun a matakin koyon Ingilishi kawai. Haƙiƙa akwai matsala idan aka ce mutum yaje matakin Sakandire bai iya yaren Ingilishi ba. Amma wani abu dana haƙƙaƙe shine ba a banza ALLAH (SWT) ya haliccemu a mabanbanta yare ba, tabbas akwai hikima a cikin haka, kuma kawar da kai daga tasirin hakan zai zamo kuskure. Da zamu dubu tarihi, akan batun lanƙwasa koyo zuwa yaren gida don afi samun natija ba kanmu farau ba. Hatta Turawa da Larabawa sai da suka fara fassara ilimai zuwa yarukansu na gado sannan suka zamo gagara gasa a fannikan.
Misali, da koyon ilimin azanci, falsafa, lissafi da likitanci wanda yawanci an rubuta su ne da yaren Girkawa da Indiyawa ya fara yiwa larabawa gardama, kai tsaye halifofin Bagadaza na farko-farko suka sanya aka fara fassarasu zuwa larabci. Kuma a ƙasa da shekaru ɗari uku da shuɗewar al-Mahmoon ɗan Harun al-Rashid wanda yafi kowanne Halifa zuba jari a fassara ilimomin, larabawa suka fara tumbe a fagen kimiyya, wanda har takai malamai irinsu Ghazali sunyi sharhin falsafa da gogewar da kafin zuwansu babu wanda ya taɓa yin irinta, aka samu masana lissafi irinsu Khawarizmi, masana azanci irinsu Maturidi, masana likitanci irinsu Ibnu Sina da sauransu. Kafin kace kyat larabawa sunyi nisa!
Su kuma Turawa sun tarar da rubutun falsafa ana yinsa ne da yaren Latin, saboda yare ne na intelakcuwals, don haka ko don mutum ya nuna shi gogaggene sai yaƙi wallafa ra'ayinsa da kowanne yare sai Latin. Hakan kuma ya sanya turawan da basa gane Latin aka barsu a baya. Kwatsam sai masana irinsu John Locke, Jean Jacques Rousseau, Adam Ferguson, David Hume da Immanuel Kant suka zo. Su kuma sai suka ce: "zamu ga uban da ya isa ya hanamu rubutu da yaren turanci (Ingilishi, Faransanci, Italiyanci dss)". Saboda sun gano cewa tsofaffin masana da suka shuɗe sun yi amfani da yaren Latin wajen rufa asirin ruɓaɓɓiyar fuskantar da suka yiwa kimiyya da falsafa. Kuma ta hanya ɗaya ne za'a buɗewa sabbin ɗalibai hanyar da zasu shiga a fafata dasu don gyara waccan ɓarna, ita ce tattauna maudu'ai da yaren da ɗaliban zasu gane. Kuma haka aka yi! Babu jimawa bayan komawa rubuta falsafa da kimiyya da yaren turanci kuwa ɗalibai suka sukwani fagen suka yi tumbe, suka fara zamowa gagara gasa. Daga nan ne kuma kimiyya ta zamo hantsi leƙa gidan kowa, maimakon da, da sai ɗan malamai wanda yake iya gane Latin.
Salon wancan tasgaro da jama'ar larabawa ta fuskanta kafin zuwan Abbasawa, da wanda jama'ar turawa ta fuskanta kafin tawayen masana azanci da falsafar ilaitimen (Age of Enlightenment) yana kamanceceniya da ƙalubalen dake korar ƙannenmu marasa haske a koyon Turanci zuwa tituna tallan ruwa maimakon zamowa masana kimiyya. Yaren turanci, duk da sauƙinsa ga wanda Allah ya horewa, ya kashe mafarkin yara da yawa a cikin jama'armu. Idan muka dubi yawan yaran kan titi dake iya lissafi babu injin lissafi amma kuma sun gudu daga makaranta saboda kwarjinin turanci sai muga cewa da zamu sauƙaƙawa kanmu da an ɓullowa da ƴan gobe mafita. Tunda dai turancin nan ai ba yaren uwarmu bane, ba kuma na ubanmu bane, ba kuma saukar mana dashi aka yi ba. Idan da yadda zamu yi ba sai muyi ba?
